Jakrapat is a graduate of Thammasat University, where he obtained a LL.B. (2010) with Certification of Commercial and Business laws and a member of the Lawyers’ Council of Thailand since 2011.

He has advised Thai and foreign clients in Corporate, Real Estate, Labor and Commercial Law. His experience includes working and providing advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters as well as handling of various legal matters covering company incorporations, investment promotions, foreign business licenses and legal due diligence exercise.

Jakrapat is an Senior Associate of Orbis Thailand.
