Abril holds a degree in English-Spanish translation from the School of Languages in Córdoba, Argentina. As she was finishing her course, she took a detour from her career as a translator into the corporate world and, 3 years ago found her path in the corporate services outsourcing industry.

In Orbis Argentina, she is the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, liaising with cross-functional internal teams to assist with challenging client requests and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. She is also responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client and partner relationships.
