François-Eric is a graduate of the BSB (Burgundy School of Business) and holds a Master’s Degree from the SDA Bocconi in Milan in International Economics and Management.

He is an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience. He began his career in the financial world working first in the stock markets, and has gradually evolved into corporate financial management, briefly passing through the venture capital sector. Over the last 20 years, he has been involved in the development of Capacitis group, of which he is Co-founder and Manager.

François-Eric has contributed his business knowledge in Europe and Latin America to foreign companies to help them operate in these countries, as well as assisting in the creation and management of local subsidiaries, facilitating their international expansion.

He is a partner of Orbis Spain.

Candelaria has a degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Córdoba, Argentina.

From the beginning of her career in the business world she specialized in the Financial and Management Control area. Although she started her career in Córdoba, Argentina at an Italian multinational company in the automotive, after a few years she continued it in their HQ located in Torino, Italy. During that period, she specialized in Controlling, as she was responsible for reporting activities and consolidating the European and Latin American subsidiaries, acquiring experience in intercompany operations and subsidiary management.

As part of her professional growth, she completed a Master’s Degree in International Commerce to complement her financial profile, at the Escola Superior de Comercio Internacional in Barcelona, Spain.

During the last 14 years, she has used her strategic and management knowledge and experience to provide management outsourcing services to support the development and growth of the local business of her international clients. She carried out this activity first from Barcelona, Spain and then developed this activity from Córdoba, Argentina, covering the Latin American market.

Candelaria is a partner of Orbis Spain and acts as Operations Director.

In 2010, Analía graduated from the National University of Córdoba, with a degree in Public Accounting. In the course of the following years he has taken several tax, financial and business training courses. While studying, she worked in the tax and labor area of an accounting firm in Córdoba, Argentina.

For the last ten years he has been leading accounting and management control activities within the framework corporate services for foreign companies.

In Orbis Spain, Analía is in charge of supervising the compliance with tax and fiscal requirements, as well as tax filing, preparation of accounting statements and the preparation of various internal reports on cash flows, budgets and other reports requested by the different clients.

Victoria has obtained her law degree from the Argentine Catholic University in Buenos Aires.

As she was completing her studies, she did a university internship at an Argentine oil company, in the legal advisory sector, where she was in permanent contact with clients.

At Orbis Spain, Victoria provides administrative assistance to groups of international companies. Her tasks include the management of administrative and notary procedures and the achievement of full compliance with data protection policies at the time of hiring, during the performance of the service and its completion.

In addition, she is in charge of onboarding, communication and incident management, and after-sales services. She is in permanent contact with customers and suppliers.
