\nA European company specialized in producing bakery and confectionery ingredients with worldwide
\npresence is looking for a Commercial Manager to develop its business in Hong Kong.<\/p>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/em>
\nYou will be fully responsible for the sales and marketing function leading a sales team to boost the sales
\nperformance and expand the market share of the company in Hong Kong. You will be heavily involved in
\nplanning and implementing driving sales activities to explore all business opportunities and turn the
\nopportunities into revenue. Client relationship management will also be a key duty and you shall sustain
\nrapport with all clients by making periodic visits, explore their needs and anticipate new opportunities with
\nthem and follow up their comments on the products. You will also be involved in business and product
\ndevelopment by attending events of the industry and doing market research and analysis to share views
\non the market trends and pricing strategy and provide useful findings for decision making.<\/p>\nSuccessful Applicant<\/strong><\/em>
\nSuccessful candidate should be\/have:
\n– a degree holder in marketing, business administration or related discipline;
\n– at least 5 years of hands-on sales management experience in the same or related industry;
\n– proven track record of achieving sales;
\n– business and target driven;
\n– creative, energetic, excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and organizational skills;
